  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Check in with Park duty managers, Park entry Cast , Dine locations, Point of Sale locations POS , Guest Relations, and Merchandise locations
  • Check in with Food and Beverage locations during peak lunch rush to monitor for any issues and help troubleshoot where needed
  • Keep an eye out for issues such as longer than normal transaction times, persistent error messages on apps being used by Cast
  • Provide incident support for in Park issues
  • During major incidents, provide boots on the ground support as needed to assist with triage and impact statements
  • Provide real time information on incidents on Slack and Zoom
  • Provide real time validations when incidents are resolved

Role is based in Orlando, FL. Must be available onsite from 7am – 3pm Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Issue Management, POS, hardware check or quality management
  • Minimum 1 years of Application Quality Analysis
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Management
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
